Jade Imperial is a limited edition olive oil made with Picual olives, sourced from the highest parts of our estate and harvested in the early days of the season, giving it the characteristic green Picual hue of our Jaén region. Its production process is carried out with the utmost care, ensuring that the oil achieves its optimal properties.
Its aroma evokes the fragrance of centuries-old olive groves on the slopes of the Sierra Morena mountains, bathed by the Guadalquivir river basin. Fresh grass and tomato blossom dominate that sensation.
It is our finest jewel and acquires a hue similar to jade. This name dates back to the time of the Spanish conquistadors in the Americas.
More than any other precious stone, jade is revered in the heart of Asian culture. Considered a royal gem, it was called the "Gem of Heaven" by the ancient Chinese.
The most beautiful specimens, of great purity and an intense emerald green, were so coveted by the Chinese emperors that they were given the name Imperial Jade.
