DO CITRIC EVOO
Our organic citrus EVOO are produced throught artisanal process that respects the environment: we mill organic olives together with whole organic citrus fruits at the very moment of extraction. In this way, the oil naturally incorporates the aromas, essential oils, and freshness of the citrus, without additives or added flavorings.
The result is a balanced, fresh oil full of nuances, where the intensity of organic olive oil blends with authentic citrus notes, adding a bright and aromatic touch to every dish.
- DO Lemon 100 ml.DolivaThe very first of our flavoured oils, made by cold-pressing Arbequina olives and fresh organic lemons from the Guadalhorce Valley in the province of Málaga.
The olives harvested next to the mill are pressed with the citrus fruit within an hour of harvesting. The result is an oil with the characteristic fruitiness of early Arbequina and the bitter, powerful aromas of the lemon peel and flesh. We like to call this oil, like the rest of our citrus oils, "Extra Virgin Oil of Lemons and Olives".

- DO Lime 250 ml.DolivaIn order to obtain this Extra Virgin olive oil and lime, we follow the same steps as for the cold extraction of extra virgin oil, but in this case, grinding olives of the Arbequina variety together with fresh organic Spanish limes.
The resulting mass is then beaten and centrifuged at a temperature below 27ºC, always using mechanical procedures and with hardly any human contact involved.
The result is the blend of the aromas of the Arbequina olive - fruit purée, apple, kiwi, nuts and tomato - along with the freshness and intensity of the lime.

- DO Mandarin 250 ml.For our latest addition, like the rest of our DO citrus oils, freshly harvested Arbequina olives are pressed, in this case, with fresh organic mandarins from the Guadalhorce Valley (Málaga) at a temperature below 27ºC, using mechanical procedures and with hardly any human intervention. The result is an Extra Virgin Oil of mandarins and olives, with notes reminiscent of the soft fruit purée aromas that are typical of the Arbequina variety, along with the sweet, characteristic flavour of the mandarin.
