Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Picual
Our Picual olive oil is harvested from our own olive grove in mid-October, just before the olives reach veraison. This results in an intense green color with a high chlorophyll content, giving the oil great vitality.
On the nose, we quickly perceive a very young fruitiness with notes of green grass, banana, tomato plant, and green apple. On the palate, it continues to maintain these herbaceous nuances. Alongside the fruitiness, there is a pleasant spiciness that develops in the throat, accompanied by a slight bitterness that lingers in the mouth, with a very well-balanced structure.
