Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained from green olives of the picual variety from our family farm located in the province of Jaén and harvested during the first half of October.

With its highly complex aroma, this oil presents a highly intense green olive fruitiness, with prominent notes of freshly cut grass and tomato plant, along with a strong hint of olive leaf, accompanied by other vegetal notes reminiscent of artichoke, green almond shell, and green banana peel. On the palate, the oil begins with a sweetness that gradually reveals a bitterness, finishing with a very pleasant spiciness which, together with the green nuances, provides persistence and balance.
