Extra virgin BIO (organic) olive oil from green olives of the picual variety from our certified organic family farm located in Pegalajar in the province of Jaén and harvested during the month of October.

Extra virgin olive oil with a medium-high intensity green-ripe fruitiness. It presents aromas of fresh olives, olive leaf and grass; with accentuated nuances of white flowers and apple, and small notes of tomato and almond blossom.

It is worth highlighting a sweet and smooth entry on the palate, with a low intensity bitterness and spiciness in line with the other attributes, making it an EVOO with a persistent harmonious flavor.
