Badia Merlot Vinegar 100 mL

Exquisite vinegar, purple-red in colour, made with Merlot wine, with great aromatic intensity. With a very sweet and elegant palate, it is reminiscent of blackberries, raspberries and violets. Enriched with toasted notes acquired during twelve months of aging in French oak barrels.

The sensations of red fruits allow us to make vinaigrettes for salads with strawberries, currants or raspberries.

Delicious ingredient for sweet and sour sauces, which will accompany oriental or poultry dishes such as duck breast.

Especially recommended: with anchovies.
