Badia Chardonnay vinegar 250 mL

Vinegar made with Chardonnay white wine. An exquisite and mild vinegar with many applications, which retains the characteristic fruity aroma of the base wine.

A perfect vinegar for enhancing the flavour of white fruit salads (apple, pear, nectarines, and so on) or as a base for preparing vinaigrettes and sauces.

Thanks to its subtle aromas, our Chardonnay vinegar can also be used to marinate and pickle fish.

Especially recommended: as a vinegar marinade for anchovies.
