TASTE: Sweet on the palate, with a touch of green almond, medium intensity of bitterness and spiciness. Perfectly-structured, persistent, it’s a balanced, complex and harmonious oil that leaves no one indifferent.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Used raw, it’s ideal on toast and gourmet dishes, mixed and tomato salads, meats and oily fish.
