For the elaboration of our Mildly Fruity Hojiblanca oil, harvested in November, it’s infused at a low temperature with purple garlic, dried bay leaf, and fresh rosemary and thyme from Vega de Antequera.

By using a low-temperature infusion technique, the healthy properties of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil are preserved, as well as the organoleptic qualities of an oil with mature notes that harmonise perfectly with aromas of fresh garlic and some of the most typical Mediterranean herbs.

🍲 Use it in confits, and on roasts or grilled meats. It gives chicken salads an unexpected twist, and combines perfectly with cured cheeses.
