The mildest of our varieties comes from the area bordering the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park, in Córdoba.

Considered the most delicate of all the Spanish varieties, the sweet Arbequina olive has practically no pungency or bitterness. It’s a popular choice with amateur cooks and professional chefs, as its mild intensity adds flavour without affecting the taste of the ingredients themselves. The Arbequina olive produces fruity oils that are smooth and sweet, with aromas reminiscent of pureéd fruit and fresh almonds.

🍲 Ideal for making aioli and other cold sauces, it also goes wonderfully with Sherry or balsamic vinegars. Perfect for baking, as well as for making gazpacho, ajoblanco and salmorejo.
